Style No. 1

Your room is plain, you have to do something about it. Here is what you can do. Get some fairy lights and hang them on the ceiling, around the head of your bed, on the edge of the closet, around the door frame, hang them everywhere! Get a plant or two and put them on your table, a shelf or any other suitable place. Cut pictures or drawings you fancy out of a calendar or magazine and pop them on your wall with the help of white tac (a sort of removable and reusable glue for walls). Get a nice, old, shabby record player and some records and set the mood to your room. And lastly, spread a cream colored blanket on your bed and add some fluffy pillows.

Style No. 2

You have grown out of your room. You’re looking for a rather classic style. Here is how you can transform your room into something classically beautiful. Your bookshelf is the first step. If you’ve got books or catalogs, organize them by color, alphabet, size or height. You can put decorative items on the spare shelves. Next, put a pillow in a natural color, or with a classic print, flowers, birds or with an image that soothes your mind on your chair. Spread a blanket that gives you joy on your bed. Some big pillows can go into the ensemble, too. Make any seating area cozy with pillows and a neatly folded blanket. If you can put a side table next to it, organize some magazines in a neat pile. And the perfect finishing touch: a vase of flowers.

Style No. 3

Your style has changed. You want to try out something new. You are into colors, swirls and aromatherapy. You can take these ideas and make them your own. Hang some Henri Matisse posters with colorful patterns on your wall. Get a little stand for your trendy sunnies. Get some colorful candles in cool shapes and a small ceramic bowl for your rings. You can get a few small plants, for example cacti. It brightens up your room and makes it colorful and nice.
